Summary: The room was not what I expected. We looked out onto a plaster wall and it smelled like chlorine. Should not have paid $300 per night for such a prison-like room. Very disappointed for our first trip to Minneapolis.

Summary: Not a good start, parking structure under construction so that was a little tricky; no clear signs of a skywalk or elevator. We booked a city view room. When we arrived into our room, it was a pool view room with no windows and major chlorine smell. Had to go back down to switch rooms. Our city view room was great. Great view of the city. There were six elevators and it seemed like there was only one working at a time. So there were multiple stops on each elevator ride. Great location though. Great restaurants and parks all within walking distance. Didn’t have time to swim, but the pool looked nice. I would stay here again.

Summary: Dry much showing its age. Items in room broken and taped together. Windows have not been cleaned in years. Surrounding area is not the best to be around at night if alone, which goes for most of Minneapolis. This comes from people I talked to who live there. It’s not Denver or San Diego bad but it’s getting there!
